Great bat for the money Gabriel parent

Pros: I bought this bat for my boy who is entering high school and trying out for the high school baseball team. This bat has pretty good pop and according to my soon just "feels nice" in his hands. I was surprised to be honest, we gave Anderson Bat a shot and so far its been pretty good. I really feel it's money well spent and that I didn't have to drop 4 or 5 hundred bucks on one. haha!

Cons: Have had the bat for 3 weeks and no bad comments to report.

great bat Chris coach

Pros: Tried this bat bc we were familiar with their fast pitch softball bats. i have been amazed at the pop this bat has. this is by far the most underrated bat on the market. i would put this bat against any of the more popular bats.

Cons: none to report

Anderson Bat not what it used to be Walter player

Pros: More durability than the old models

Cons: Anderson went into new ownership and since 2012, their bats suffered. No longer made in America with high end materials. Now made in china on the cheap..Using a premium name to sell average bats

Time and Patience iKnowBaseball23 player

Pros: Very nice bbcor bat, I used this bat mostly in my off-season because during regular season I wasn't noticing a big pop with the bat. If you want to notice a difference with the bat you must take a whole bunch of hacks on a tee or this bats not going to seem like anything.

Cons: Takes a while to break in. Personally it seemed like it was defective after a while. Decent pop

Questions and Answers

Have a question about the Anderson Flex BBCOR Baseball Bat: BB15FLEX? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.

After reading I am slightly confused. Is this a single wall "aluminum" bat? sean
This bat has a single wall construction, and it is definitely an aluminum, or alloy, bat. Alloy indicates that the bat is made of a blend of metals, and aluminum is usually in the mix. The 2015 Anderson Flex BBCOR Baseball Bat (BB15FLEX) will offer hot out of the wrapper performance.
Mac
Is this bat considered a composite bat? brizzle
No, the 2015 Anderson Flex BBCOR Baseball Bat (BB15FLEX) is an alloy constructed bat.

Anderson list this bat as a composite bat, is that correct? mike
The 2015 Anderson Flex BBCOR Baseball Bat (BB15FLEX) is a one-piece alloy bat made out of P-9000 Aerospace Alloy. The 2015 Anderson Flex Youth Baseball Bat (YB15FLEX) is made out of composite.
Jason
Is end-loaded for a power hitter? Jeff
An end-loaded swing weight bat will typically be better suited for a power hitter but that doesn't mean a non-power hitter couldn't have success with this type of bat. Really comes down to personal preference and feel. As for the Anderson Flex BBCOR Baseball Bat: BB15FLEX, this bat will feature a balanced swing weight design.

How does the Anderson Flex compare to the 2014 Rawlings RX4 and the 2016 Rip It Element 2? Lance
The Anderson Flex BBCOR Baseball Bat: BB15FLEX is very similar to the 2014 Rawlings RX4 in the sense that they are both one-piece aluminum bats. The 2016 Rip-It Element TWO will be different because it is a two-piece hybrid design that features an aluminum barrel and a composite handle. All three models are excellent, high quality baseball bats.

How is this bat different from the Anderson Ignite? Why was the Anderson Ignite discontinued? rbiking
The Anderson Flex BBCOR Baseball Bat: BB15FLEX and the Ignite are very similar in the sense that they are both one-piece aluminum designs with a balanced swing weight. The Ignite is discontinued because we are completely sold out and since Anderson no longer makes that model we will not be getting anymore back in stock in the future.

About the Brand

A High-Tech Engineer, a Sales Manager for a chemical company, and a Professional Yacht Racer with a background in mechanical engineering are not likely to have much in common. But they did, and still do. You guessed it…SOFTBALL.

Our passion for “Diamond” sports goes back many years, but it was about 10 years ago that we started manufacturing and private labeling our bats for other companies. In 1999, Steven Anderson designed a new multi-wall high-performance bat that featured our patented “Power Arch” technology. After thorough testing, it was ready for the company that we designed it for, but they were going through a transition period and were not ready to move on it.

Here was the bummer, our team was counting on using these bats in a big tournament that was just a month away and we could not put their graphics on the bats until the deal between the two of us was inked.

Steven offered a solution … they are already certified by the governing bodies so why don’t we put our own graphics on them and use them in the tourney. What a great idea and that is exactly what we did.

I was driving to the plant the next morning wearing my championship “T” shirt and had no idea that when I arrived at 6:30 am that the message machine would be filled and the phones would be ringing. The messages and the calls were all basically the same … “How do I get my hands on one of those new Anderson Techwraps”?

That is how it started, and since then we have released the FlexTech, FastTech, RocketTech, TechZilla, Pyrotech, and we are not done.

Let me tell you a little secret……THE BEST IS YET TO COME…GO DEEP, GO VERY VERY DEEP
