Description

Designed for power and durability, the RockeTech is THE bat to own if you're a softball enthusiast. Anderson's design and use of high performance materials deliver superior performance that will maintain a solid feel throughout the bat's life. This is due in part to the new all-metal, multi-wall alloy used on the RockeTech. Anderson abandons conventional thinking when it comes to the multi-wall by introducing Internal PowerArch Technology to the RockeTech. This technology incorporates an arched interior sleeve design to generate maximum legal performance and an optimized moment of inertia (MOI). An lower MOI allows players to swing faster, which results in more power behind every swing! The RockeTech also features a TaperFlex Contour and TrueFlex End Cap that both aid in vibration reduction. Both of these integral parts also strengthen the barrel and keep energy locked in. Holding it all together, Anderson's Grooved Assembly System locks and fortifies the shell, sleeve, and end cap, providing increased barrel elasticity and superior durability. With an ultra-thin whip handle, SG-I Sport Grip, and weldless ergonomic knob, the RockeTech feels better in your hands than any bat ever has. Anderson is so confident you'll love this bat, they've brought back their Proof is at the Plate program. Try it out for 30 days, and if you don't like it, simply send it back to us. Let Anderson prove themselves... you've got nothing to lose! Anderson: Manufactured With Pride in the U.S.A.! The RockeTech features the new ASA stamp and is approved for play in ASA, USSSA, NSA, and ISA. It is backed by a Full Twelve (12) Month Manufacturer's Warranty. Free Shipping!

Rogue

Pros: I have been using this bat for the last several months. This is a nice all temperature bat. Good pop and durability so far. If you like an end load then this is good for the money. I am playing in a very rules restrictive ASA league.

Cons: Smaller sweet spot than I would like.

Pros: Right out of the wrapper hit 5 for 5, one triple hit the fence at 300 feet. Next game went 6 for 7 (I swung at a bad pitch). Its a LINE DRIVE MACHINE.

Cons: None

Such a great bat! Dave player

Pros: Noticed an improvement in pop on first hit. I've been using a lot of single wall bats like the Demarini Ultimate Weapon and the Easton Rival/Salvo and thought I'd try one of these Anderson's for the fall/winter season. It feels great in your hands and hits the crap out of .375/.44 balls. Pretty expensive but worth the investment.

Cons: Nada! Except that it looks really good out of the wrapper and its hard to throw it in the dirt after your first hit.

An Excellent Bat John Novak coach

Pros: The best hitters on my team use the RockeTech KRKTSP bat. Their averages are higher due how nice the ball snaps off the bat.

Cons: None.

coach and player recreational ASA league David Warner player

Pros: Good pop right away. Though it seemed as if it is getting broke in and the ball seems to fly right off of it. Only been used twice. Love the handle and grip. If you only can afford one bat, then this is the bat to own. Durable, good performance and can play in any weather and hit any compression ball. Excellent bat for under $200.00.

Cons: Don't really like the looks so much.

Endloaded or balanced? joe
The Anderson RockeTech SP: KRKTSP will have just a very slight end-loaded design.
Tyler
What temperature can this bat be used in? joey
Due to this being an all Alloy bat, this bat can be used in a variety of temperatures. There is not a specific temperature this bat can be used in.
Doug F.
Description says this is a multi-wall bat. Is this a dual wall design? Because my league allows a dual walled bat. Angelo
The Anderson RockeTech SP: KRKTSP Slow Pitch is in fact a bat with multiple walls in the barrel of the bat.
Marcus
Is this bat all aluminum or does it have a composite inner core? League says bat must be all aluminum. R1
The Anderson RockeTech SP: KRKTSP Slow Pitch is all aluminum. It does not have a composite core.
Kara
How well does the new ASA .52 COR, 300 COMP ball come off the barrel? hooch
The Anderson RockeTech SP: KRKTSP Slow Pitch bat features the new ASA stamp and is designed to hit the new .52 COR softballs. With the introduction of lower compression softballs, ASA has increased the allowable performance of the new bats. This bat will perform well when hitting the .52 COR softballs.
Mac
Is the Anderson RockeTech SP a one piece bat? burton13
Yes. The Anderson RockeTech SP: KRKTSP Slow Pitch is a one-piece bat with a multi-wall barrel design.
Mac
What is the break in period for one of these, and what kind of life will get out of it? Rick
The Anderson RockeTech SP: KRKTSP Slow Pitch bat features an alloy barrel and therefore would not require a break in period. It is a top of the line model that will be very durable.
Aubrey
I am looking for a good bat for a single wall league. I was looking at this but the description is throwing me off. tdoug
The Anderson Ignite SP Slow Pitch Softball Bat (ISP) would be a great single wall bat to check out instead of the multi-wall designed Anderson RockeTech SP Slow Pitch Softball Bat (KRKTSP).
Brandon
I'm in a ASA league, but not sure which balls they use. Would the .44 balls damage the bat and would it perform the same as with a .52 ball? mp
Any bat that features the new ASA stamp (including the Anderson RockeTech SP Slow Pitch Softball Bat (KRKTSP)) are meant for use with the softer .52 COR balls. You would be able to use this bat with the harder .44 COR balls, however, the durability will be compromised. If your league uses the .44 COR balls, we recommend using a bat that features the older 2004 ASA stamp.
Tessa
Do not see the Anderson RockeTech bat on the approved listings for SSUSA. Do you know anything different? Phil
The USSSA BPF 1.20 performance regulation is more strict than the SSUSA regulation, so the 2014 Anderson RockeTech SP Slow Pitch Softball Bat (KRKTSP) could meet that league's regulations. However, it does not feature a SSUSA performance certification mark, and if the bat is not on an approved bats list for that league, we couldn't guarantee it would be allowed.
Mac
Is this bat end-loaded? Ted
The Anderson RockeTech SP Slow Pitch Softball Bat (KRKTSP) features a fairly balanced feel.

About the Brand

A High-Tech Engineer, a Sales Manager for a chemical company, and a Professional Yacht Racer with a background in mechanical engineering are not likely to have much in common. But they did, and still do. You guessed it…SOFTBALL.

Our passion for “Diamond” sports goes back many years, but it was about 10 years ago that we started manufacturing and private labeling our bats for other companies. In 1999, Steven Anderson designed a new multi-wall high-performance bat that featured our patented “Power Arch” technology. After thorough testing, it was ready for the company that we designed it for, but they were going through a transition period and were not ready to move on it.

Here was the bummer, our team was counting on using these bats in a big tournament that was just a month away and we could not put their graphics on the bats until the deal between the two of us was inked.

Steven offered a solution … they are already certified by the governing bodies so why don’t we put our own graphics on them and use them in the tourney. What a great idea and that is exactly what we did.

I was driving to the plant the next morning wearing my championship “T” shirt and had no idea that when I arrived at 6:30 am that the message machine would be filled and the phones would be ringing. The messages and the calls were all basically the same … “How do I get my hands on one of those new Anderson Techwraps”?

That is how it started, and since then we have released the FlexTech, FastTech, RocketTech, TechZilla, Pyrotech, and we are not done.

Let me tell you a little secret……THE BEST IS YET TO COME…GO DEEP, GO VERY VERY DEEP
