If the bat is so durable what is the explanation of the bat rattle and would it be covered on the warranty on the purchase of a new bat. Also, we live in the northeast. How does the bat perform and withstand April and May temperatures.

The 2013 Miken Triad: FPTD10 Fastpitch *Demo No Warranty - Rattle Inside* will not be covered under the warranty. It is sold as is, we will give you two weeks then after that you won't be able to return it. Also, this bat is composite. Composite bats are advised to only use above temperatures of 60 degrees. In colder temperatures the ball will become more dense and will break the bat.
