2013 Miken REV-EX: JREV11 Junior Big Barrel |
Average Customer Review
My Son seems to hit very well with this bat (Lots of Pop). He seems to do much better with a balanced feel bat as opposed to an end loaded bat. The two bats he loves to hit are the CP 5150 Composite(outlawed) and this one. Both have a -11 Drop. We have spent some time with the break in procedures and will update when the the spring season starts. So far so good.
White grip gets dirty quick and seems to come undone quickly. Make sure to keep an eye on this.
Looks good & nice grip.
I was surprised to see this bat had a couple good reviews. Bought it three months ago and my 8 yr old has now had plenty of time to break it in. I pitch to our 8U team, so I get a good feel when the ball comes off hot or a flat from the various bats on the team. This bat is a big thud. A few boys have used it, and in comparison to the balls they hit with their Eastons & Louisville Sluggers, the ball just doesn't jump off this Miken. I can't return it because it has held up. I just have to bite the bullet this year on the money lost, and not go back to it.
