I purchase this bat mainly on reviews. And yes, it's all that and a bag of chips! For the price it's a very good bat. My daughter loves it and her teammates as well.

How would this bat compare to the Easton Synge? Looking at these two for my 9 year old daughters first composite bat.

Both bats will preform very similar. The 2013 Louisville Slugger TPS Mendoza: FP13M Fastpitch will have a smaller sweet spot with it's bottle bat design to it. The handle wouldn't be as Ultra Thin as the Easton Synge's handle is.
