Tom
Pros: Took out of the wrapper last night in league and it is pretty hot, feels like a broken in Salvo. Was hitting shots in all gaps and one off the fence in ceter at about 310ft. Feels great coming through the zone and allows you to have good control with the thin handle and the gauze grip feels great. Awesome choice if you are looking for a great/hot ASA bat at a good price.
Cons: The only concerns I have with the new Eastons are the end caps. Wish the would have used last years end caps, and the holographic item in the end cap, looks to have some air pockets to create bubbles. Not to sure if something like that voids warranty.
Beese
Pros: Hot right out of the wrapper. Hitting line drives all over the field. I am not a home run hitter but am hitting lots of hot line drives.
Cons: I do not like the grip as well as other grips but it is not bad and is easily replaced if I want.
Adam
Pros: I love this bat. I bought for our league and have been taking it out to hit with friends. Its breaking in well, just yesterday i hit one over the lights on our 250 foot field.
Cons: It doesnt hit hot out of the wrapper like everybody says... but if you take the time to break it in properly you wont regret it
Joe
Pros: This bat is HOT straight out of the wrapper. The 27oz with 2oz endload comes around perfect and droppes bombs! Absolutely no feed back in the handle hits like the old salvo +15 feet.
Cons: Curious about the durability with the warranty dropping down from 400 day to 6mo.
Ethan
Pros: The Bat came hot out the box the first night we had it. hit the long ball very well with it..so far a good investment!
Cons: being a white bat shows every mark and scratch.
Thad
Pros: Hotter than most USSSA bats I've swung. First 20 hits-14 went out 300+ fence. I bought 3 more just in case, lol. Hottest ASA bat ever. Ultra who..?
Cons: None.
SuperSlugger
Pros: I did a lot a research. So I chose this bat because of the price and quality of product Easton makes. I already own the grey and blue stealth which is an awesome bat, but this L6.0 has made me leave that bat at home. I'm no where near a power hitter but this is constantly producing doubles and triples. The ball screams off the bat!! I've only play 5 games with it so I just imagine what its like once fully broken in. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BAT IF YOU PLAY ASA!!
Cons: Paint chips a little bit at the end but who cares when you are smashing the ball with this bat
jdizzle
Pros: Amazing pop! Hitting bombs right out of the wrapper.
Cons: Not a long enough barrel. Lots off of the handle
rocketman
Pros: Sick bat. I never believed the hype of "hot out of the wrapper" until I swung this bat. It feels like a two-piece bat with crazy exit speeds. It's a live bat! Great simple graphics is a plus.
Cons: Grip tape. The new gauze tape is unforgiving and I do no recommend swinging it without gloves.
Slim
Pros: Hot out of the wrapper and has a good solid feel too it. Feels like the Salvo did the first time around. Like it so far, it's my HR bat, one of the guys on our team who maybe hit 3 home runs in the last 5 years, hit one 330' easy his first time using it.
Cons: 6 month warranty is silly as I have yet to have an Easton bat that hasn't needed to use the warranty. Grip is terrible, but you can re-tape it.
Softballtrickfordummies.
Pros: The feel is good. Has a little pop right out the wrapper. Only used in a tournament and 1 game so i'm still waiting for it to break in
Cons: Could be a little hotter.
Free Agent 11
Pros: HOT HOT first guy to swing it is 5'7" 145 hit it to the 300'fence next guy hit it in the lights!
Cons: White paint gets dirty fast, weight seems light might want to go up an ounce. Know of a bunch in our league that broke in the first month hope it holds together.
Guz
Pros: I'm not a Homerum hitter, but first game usage, lazers, lazers all game. The feel for the bat made me feel like I'll be hitting bombs soon. I'm a lazy batter and I know with the right swing, bombs, bombs all game.
Cons: None whatsoever.
nerk
Pros: Having a bad year. Bought it 3 hours before i played, out of the wrapper went 10 for 10 with it with my second and third at bat being bombs. Very happy! Line drives the rest of the night.
Cons: none yet, very happy,
BangBang
Pros: Has great pop out of the wrapper. Second hit with was 300'+
Cons: If you swing a 28 I would recommend the 27oz, 28 feels s little heavy after swinging my synergy extended 28oz
great bat.. macho player
Pros: This bat is HOTT..! i bought off a friend after he used for a couple weeks and it is amazing..my entire team loves it..everything was hit very hard..! best bad i have gad so far..
Cons: its white so it gets dirty fast..! and everybody wants to use it..!
Not as good as the old Salvo JD player
Pros: It does break-in. Looks nice.
Cons: Was not hot out of the wrapper. It's end loaded, my Salvo was not.
San Diego vachary bucsit player
Pros: This bat is the real deal. Hot out of the wrapper they say, didn't believe it until today. Most bats need broken into. I just got home from my game and my first two at bats were line drive home runs and another on my fourth at bat was a hot double down third and a single. Yeah, that means 5 for 5. I am a power hitter at clean up. This bat is the real deal for its price. No joke, a must have in your bag.
Cons: Truly hate the grip, but that's fixable with no problem. Still 5 stars in my eyes.
Hot Hot Hot The 5 Foot Wonder player
Pros: first hit right outta the plastic was a stand up triple. I'm only 5' 3" and a buck fifty but i was dropping bombs with this thing, so was everyone else on my team. No vibrations, just solid contact every time. It's a must have.
Cons: ai haven't used it long enough to tell yet but the grip will probably have to be replaced, but that's not a big deal
Just a little Patience ksabins player
Pros: Hot, Easy to swing Like OG Salvo. Different feel, touch more end load. Legit Bombs after broken in. Great bat for control hitters and home run hitter. I am a 4-5 day a week and weekend player. I have hit a lot of bats new and old. This bat is not as hot as the J3 or the mercy, its getting close as it breaks in and it will last longer. Who cares if its white, stop miss hitting and it wont scuff up so much!!!!
Cons: Feels real tight at first if your a little off the sweet spot. 150-200 swings the sweet spot really opens up.
WOW!! i95Nate player
Pros: Crazy pop right out the wrapper. Awesome grip design. Never considered myself a HR hitter but I lead my fall ball team in HR's, 7 so far. A++++++++ grade!!!!
Cons: Zero cons!!
BEST EASTON BAT I EVER USED 99's player
Pros: i normally dont use Easton bats. i tried this bat last tourney i went 10 for 13 with 7 homeruns 2 dbls. and a single and 17 RBIS.. I WILL USE IT AGAIN!~
Cons: THE COLOR. HAVE TO PLAY UPPER TOURNEY CAUSE THE HR. LIMIT IS HIGHER.. HA...
Drew
Pros: Just purchased this bat after my syn ext finally broke. used it for the first time last night in my fall league championship game. And it was shooting rockets all over the field! hit our home run limit within the first 3 innings.( five homerun league). Balls in the air seemed to carry, balls on the ground made the infielders think twice. Great sound on contact, thin handle made it easy to control. Great purchase. Cant wait to see what it really does with a few more cuts on it.
Cons: 6 month warrenty and everyone on my squad wanted to give it a try!!!
Drew
Pros: Just purchased this bat after my syn ext finally broke. used it for the first time last night in my fall league championship game. And it was shooting rockets all over the field! We hit our home run limit within the first 3 innings.( five homerun league). Balls in the air seemed to carry, balls on the ground made the infielders think twice. Great sound on contact, thin handle made it easy to control. Great purchase. Cant wait to see what it really does with a few more cuts on it.
Cons: Everyone on my team wanted to use it and it only has a six month warrenty. Might have to keep this one in the bag until my at bats.
ok bat michael other
Pros: Great pop. Took awhile to break in.
Cons: I had 45 swings on the bats and it broke. Sounded like rocks on the inside so I never got to use it in a game. Has home run power though, I felt it. I just don't feel it is a durable bat.
Fast start Bat Mike Reyes player
Pros: I am 52 I just got this bat used it in my game that night hit a tripple right off the bat I have never hit the ball that far before this is a great deal
Cons: I have no complaints
GREAT PRICE; GREAT BAT hondaf2003 player
Pros: FIRST IMPRESSION WAS THAT THE ENDLOAD WAS NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL. THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE A SLEDGEHAMMER.ITS NOT. POP IS TERRIFIC WITH WITH THE SWEET SPOT BEING BIG ENOUGH TO HIT ON EVERY SWING. DISTANCE IS NOT THERE YET. TOOK SOME BIG CUTS, HITTING IT SQUARELY, AND YET THE PARK KEPT IT IN. I USUALLY HIT TWO OR THREE OVER THE FENCE IN BP(I'M A LINE-DRIVE HITTER NORMALLY). 75F DEGREE DAY,CLEAR SKIES, NO HUMIDITY, NO BREEZE TO SPEAK OFF AND A VARIETY OF BALLS; ALL NEW.
Cons: DISTANCE IS NOT THERE YET. HIT SOME THAT NORMALLY WOULD OF BEEN OUT WITH MY MIKEN TRIAD. I THINK IT WILL BE THERE BECAUSE OF THE POP AND SWEETSPOT IT HAS. DON'T BE WORRIED ABOUT ENDLOAD; ITS NOT THAT DRASTIC. GREAT BAT OTHERWISE.
Hot Bat David G player
Pros: *lightweight but still has pop *large sweet spot *no feedback in handle *good for guys with warning track power I'm not the biggest slugger on our team but this bat has had an effect on the distance balls are traveling for me for sure. I've hit a few bombs with this bat already when I didn't hit any swinging the extended I used to use. Also bought a Miken 750 ultra but have been too in love with this bat to swing anything else over the last couple of weeks.
Cons: *questionable swing life *nothing yet but I'll repost about durability if it becomes an issue
This bat just keeps getting hotter!!! Donnie player
Pros: I play softball year round and i love all end load bats. i have used the best that Miken and Demarini have to offer so i bought this Easton cause it was half the price and had great reviews. I now can't stop using this bad boy and if i play on a field with a fence its over everytime! Took it out the other day when it was 85° and im dropping bombs and jaws!
Cons: Small sweet spot
Loved it... For the 15 Swings I Got Bill B. player
Pros: Great feel, and great price
Cons: After 15-20 swings on the day I took off the wrapper, something from the end load must have broken inside as there was something rolling around inside of the bat. Almost sounded like "rocks/pebbles" inside of the bat.
Great bat for the price Mark G player
Pros: You can't beat this bat for the price. I got the 28 oz. It has a heavy end load. But when you hit the ball in that sweet spot, the ball flies. I have a bunch of other bats, but always go back to this bat, because it works.
Cons: Paint chips easy. It takes a awhile to break it in, but worth it for the price
My new gamer... Jason player
Pros: Good pop out of the wrapper. I am not a flashy guy so the graphics are great for me. May need alittle more break in but still good.
Cons: I havent found any yet on my bat... if i do i will let you know
1 1 player
Pros: Bat feels great through the zone good sound have been able to place the ball all over the field.
Cons: has taken alot of cuts to break in for me not sure if its me or the bat. other than that i cant complain bat plays well.
1 1 player
Pros: The more hits you put on the L6,the better it gets! Connection with the barrel section makes for a excel. hit!
Cons: Making connection with the lower part of the barrel equals disaster! Really!!
