2013 DeMarini M2M: DXM2L Youth |
Average Customer Review
Have only used three bats Omaha LE and Exogrid 2. The M2M has a larger sweetspot than both. You can feel the weight at the end of the bat but not an extreme end load. Good results after 3 rounds of BP and one game. Great for contact hitters with moderate power.
None at the moment.
Great pop right out of the wrapper. Decent size sweetspot. Good sound also. My son 10 yrs old hits the ball to the fence regularly.
My son complains about the shock to the hands feeling if you hit the ball off closer to the end of the bat or not in the sweetspot of the bat. Batting gloves are a must with this bat. My son put a pair on and basically elimated the vibration. All in all great bat!
light weight. batter with not much power can benifit from this bat. extremely balanced. i bought it for my 7 year old but my 12 year old tried it out in one game and first up to bat got a triple off a hard hit ball.
my 9 year old is a huge kid and a power hitter. he seems to struggle with the bat. almost like he is swingging nothing. its just really light for him

I'm a power hitter, should I go with the CF5 or M2M?
Both the DeMarini M2M and the DeMarini CF5 are great bats and will be good for both power and contact hitters.
Is this bat an option for 10 year old softball girls?
No. The 2013 DeMarini M2M: DXM2L is a baseball bat that is not certified for use in softball leagues or associations. You will want to look at "fastpitch softball" bats.
What bat would be better for a 10 year old who weighs 75 lbs? We a trying to decide between the M2M or the Easton S3?
The Easton S3 and the DeMarini M2M are both great bats. The M2M will flex because of the two-piece design making it perfect for a contact hitter, while the Easton S3 will be a stiff one-piece design usually preferred by a power hitter.
