Description

This season, Mattingly Baseball introduces a new one-piece BBCOR bat, aptly named the Demon as it will scare the daylights out of opposing players! The Demon is made from Mattingly's MB5500 Atomic Alloy, so it swings light and stays tough. MB5500 Atomic Alloy is Mattingly's high-end alloy that blends an array of elements to create one of the hottest materials in the game! The Demon employs Mattingly's increasingly popular Direct Power Transfer which maximizes energy return to the ball, giving players a noticeably more explosive reaction on contact! In the past, Mattingly has been known for its V-Grip handle. The Demon fills the void and gives players the outstanding performance of Mattingly bats, with a traditional round handle. Players will feel in complete control of their bat due to TRU Balance Weighting. This technology allows for one of the most precisely balanced feeling bats that you will ever swing, with a perfect weight distribution from top to bottom. Mattingly: Be a Game Changer! The Demon is BBCOR Certified and legal for high school and collegiate play. It is backed by a Full Twelve (12) Month Manufacturer's Warranty. Free Shipping!

Which would you say is better bat between Mattingly Demon the Easton Rival and the TPX Omaha dices64
All three bats use top of the line alloy and will be similar in performance. The Demon would be an excellent choice.

I have an 11 year old son who is 5'4" tall and is playing travel and must have a bbcor. Any suggestions on length and drop for me? I have heard Mattingly bats are awesome, I just need an age appropriate bat. isaac's mom
The smaller BBCOR bats can be found in 29 inches and 26 ounces, this may be a good option. This Demon;s smallest size is a 31'. You may want to make sure that your son needs a BBCOR certified bat and not a USSSA certified bat.

What is the difference between the Demon and the Ripped? jdcoffm
The Demon has a round handle and the Ripped has the "V" grip handle. They both have the same alloy barrels and will have tons of pop.

Which of the Mattingly BBCOR bats is their top of the line? campus15
All the bats in the Mattingly BBCOR lineup are going to be quality one piece alloy designs. If one would be considered the top of the line, it would probably be the Mattingly Ripped BBCOR (RPDABB) Adult bat.

I am 15, 5'9" and 129 pounds, but I am an extremely fast grower. I took a look at the Easton Typhoon BBCOR, and it looked perfect, but it was only available in a 32 inch option. Is the Demon a good bat? Jackson
The Mattingly Demon BBCOR: (DMNABB) is a great option to take a look at. This model will be a one-piece alloy design and will be extremely balanced. The even weight distribution and MB5500 Atomic Alloy used will make this model a great bat for power.
