Shabah202
Pros: Great Bat. My son seems to handle the bat very well. great balance and has alot of pop. Ball really jumps and seems to be another great bat from easton. SOn likes it more than the Rival
Cons:
bigjay1
Pros: this is truly the best bat ive ever used....im going to admit that it is better then the combat..it comes out of the box with a lot of pop!
Cons:
El Tristo
Pros: My Son's coach pitch Stealth(28' drop 12) is on its last leg after 3 years of great service. I bought him the Omen 30' drop 12 last month. Even though he is eight, he can swing the bat with authority due to its center balance which he likes a lot, even though it is 2 oz heavier than his coach pitch bat. He is a power hitter, been the strongest hitter on each team he has been on. He has had strong hits with his bat, but has had the realy big ones yet, which i think is a combination of its weight, need to be broken in and confidence in the bat. He loves the grahics.
Cons: Have take some time to break in
Anonymous
Pros: Great Looking bat, has a great feel, lots of pop
Cons: Small 2 1/4 barrel
Brevard Blue Sox Coach
Pros: Coach and President of a travel organization in NC and I have bought over 2k worth of bats in the past calender year. This bat has the best pop i have seen since the Blue Combat B2 and the Easton Blue Stealth Speed LSS1. Swing weight is great and the players feel everything. I don't think you can go wrong with this bat, Plus it is only $199.99.
Cons: Doesn't preform as well as some of the composite bats I have when the bat gets cold. I purchased bat warmers and that has solved the problem.
Yankeeboy
Pros: Really great bat. Nice flex and pop. I like the design too. Very well done bat.
Cons:
OmenFan6

Pros: Crazy good pop and balance! I got this bat as a present from my parents and its amazing! i havent hit with it on a field yet but the day after i got it i hit in the cage and i felt instant pop, plus it looks really cool! Also there isnt to much weight in the barrel that its unbalanced, but it still has a good swing weight
Cons: none yet, but ive only had it for two days....

"Lights out" Lane
Pros: Drives the ball like a rocket launcher. I cleared a 250' wall that I had never even gotton close to with other bats
Cons: none
BaseballSurfer09
Pros: Some kid just bought this bat and it became the bat everyone wanted to swing. Our team at that practice hit over 40 homeruns clearing a 225ft for a 12u team. Balls werent just going over fence they were flying over, hitting palm trees, dumpsters and one kid hit the lights! Amazing bat highly recommended!!!
Cons: Nothing it was a little chilly that night, cant wait to see it launch in the Florida heat!!!

Pros: Purchased 29/17 for my 8 year old son. The ball jumps off of the barrel. Fast delivery and great customer service form JustBats!

Cons: Non
LionEyz
Pros: Looks great and plays even better!I went up a size hoping for an extra year of use for my son & figured he'd just have to choke up initially. NO NEED! The bat is flying through the zone and he's pulling any pitch he wants with authority. 8 1/2 years old and raking with a 31 inch stick! Great bat & service to match from JustBats.com! What else can be said?
Cons: Having to buy TWO new bats within ONE year due to the composite moratorium imposed by Little League.
Christian
Pros: Very happy with the bat so far. In the cage the balls are jumping off the bat. The balls even sound well hit -no little "pings" when the ball is hit solid. The two piece construction does a great job preventing sting.
Cons: I would note that this 29-19 feels heavier than my 10 year-old son's 29-19 Combat B2. I think he'll adjust but we might have gone with a 28-18 or a longer -12.
coach
Pros: My 11yo plays on a 12u, and LL team. Everyone is hitting for power with this new bat. lots of pop, big sweet spot.
Cons: has a little sting to it, but it's also february in Oregon...
Whack
Pros: This bat has a super cool design and hits bombs to the outfield.
Cons: none. This bat is beastly!!!
KY Dad
Pros: I bought this bat for my son after LL "banned" composites, excepts Easton and Demarini and other LL sponsors. My son likes it. He has a B3 Gear, which has more power and a little bit longer barrell. Omen has more weight in the handle so it's a little heavier to swing - not as much balance. B3 Gear is better but banned.
Cons: We bought a 29/17 Omen, but it actually is heavier than the B3 Gear 29/19. I weighed them both. The "-12" Omen weighs a tiny bit more, so it's really 29/19, not 29/17. I don't know what the -10 weighs. I won't buy another Easton based on pricinple - this bogus ban.
awesomness
Pros: great bat love the paint job crazy pop this bat is the best
Cons: i don't know why they even made a space for the cons
hancockwhite sox
Pros: this bat is beast mode.got it about 3 weeks ago n i gotta say it has pop.if u swing barely it will hit the ball to the out field.massive sweet spot is awesome.when little league banned composite.this is the only bat i would go to.all the kid have a omen except 2 i guess that means they think its good.
Cons: one friends cracked after 3 months.
JG
Pros: My kid plays little league and had to find an alternative to the combat youth bats. This is the bat. It has great pop and balance. My kid is the smallest on the team and can still hit them to the fence. Large sweet spot.
Cons: None.
The Pheasant
Pros: Excellent value for a composite bat, nice pop (as good as the B1 we had to replace), durable finish, long barrel, 400 day warranty!
Cons: All the kids on my son's team want to use it!
go 4
Pros: powerful, range unlimited, quicker bat speed, and all around-best bat ever
Cons: needs better grip but still a freakin beast
x3baseball.com
Pros: The easton omen is SICK. Hits like a combat. My kids used the combat composite last year which was awesome but since the composites are out, the omen stepped into awesomeness! Was not planning to pay another $199.00 for a bat which is like an investment these days but you will get huge returns with this bat. I wish the DJI was this great!!!!!!!!
Cons: None, None, None, None.
Gorgeous George
Pros: Just purchased for my 10 year old son. Never seen a composite so hot right out of the wrapper. Son went 3 for 3 hitting two doubles and a tripple against dominant pitching. Great balance. Tremendous pop. Son used to love big barrel Catalyst. Now he sleeps with this bat next to his bed. Divorced the Catalyst.
Cons: None so far.
Aikau#7
Pros: Our kids have been hit, hit, hitting! It's balanced perfectly, light weight, & has a beautiful 'sweet spot'. We love it!

Pros: Purchased 3 weeks ago for my sons 9u/10u Spring Season. Tuesday he hit 4 home runs and a triple in 1 game. Good Pop, Great Sound, No Sting, Looks Good & Swings So Fast! There is nothing else to say but very nice bat!!!
Cons: None that I see.
DD
Pros: Bought it last week for my 10 year old. Great pop, he won a hitting clinic contest last Sunday put on by our H.S. Varsity coach. Excellent bat for the $$.
Cons: None yet.
grig
Pros: Great pop,my son started hitting in the cages with it 2 weeks ago and he is crushing the ball. Had a Combat but this might be just as good!
Cons: A little break in time, took about 2 weeeks to really see the ball fly off the bat
Bruz in GA
Pros: Great pop off this bat from my 7 year old. He currently has a Slugging Percentage of 1.667 and is loving the bat.
Cons: None
Davis's Dad.
Pros: My son looked at this bat vs. several others including some large big barrel bats. In the end he liked the feel of this bat better than the others, it felt right to him. The bat is light to his hand and he can get it through the strike zone quickly and accurately. Nice grip and the balance are excellent in this bat. In the end my son has confidence he can hit with this bat and in the 6 or 7 times he has used it he has shown he can, to all fields with equal power.
Cons: Negatives, I don't see any, if there were I wouldn't have shelled out the money!
Slopingsign25
Pros: Nice pop right out of the wrapper. Makes solid contact with the ball, big sweet spot. Have only used indoors can't wait to hit outside with it.
Cons: None
Kyle
Pros: I just hit with it and I love it. everything I hit just went far. Great grip and pop.Balanced pretty good. I love it.
Cons: None
base stealer
Pros: light and balanced
Cons: Surprised with amount of bat sting felt. Had to take a break in the cage because of stinging of hands.
batman
Pros: Good pop, solid construction for two piece bat. My 11 yr old loves this bat! We have 4 kids on his team this year that own Omen's looking forward to lots of home runs.
Cons: Barrel marks easy but cleans up easy.
BMac
Pros: Great weight balance, sharp looking bat. The ball seems to jump off of it.
Cons: fairly expensive. Hopefully it will still be "legal" next season.
batboy13
Pros: The bat has awesome pop and has a big barrel.Expect to see balls in the outfield.
Cons: A little heavier then 18oz.
ramsey
Pros: great pop im youngest on my team and can still hit to the fence well balenced get at begining of year because it takes about 200 hits to get broke in
Cons:
Batmite
Pros: Nice feeling bat. Kids seem to love it. Pretty good pop for a new bat.
Cons: A little leavier on the barrell end than most bats. Took a few days for the kids to catch up to the faster pitches.
Elkstar
Pros: Great graphics, nice pop, very large sweet spot, grip has a great feel as well. Very Balanced Weight.
Cons: Used to Alloy bats, takes a while to get used to the composite feel and break in period.
The Dude
Pros: My wife was skeptical about spending the $ on a bat, but the results changed her opinion. My son is getting the bat around faster and making more solid contact.
Cons: $$$
scott9146
Pros: This bat is very well balanced with a very large sweet spot. My 10 year old Major player loves this bat. It has great pop! we have only had it for 2 weeks and he has hit 3 doubles and 1 tripple and many hard drives up the middle for singles. He is a big 10 yr old, at 5' 135 lbs so I got him the 32" 20Oz. We are very happy with it!
Cons: The only problem I see with it at this moment is a small crack in the rubber band in the middle, which will probable be covered by the warantee.
Buying My Kid Advantage
Pros: This bat has awesome pop and great balance. My 7 year-old is 46lbs. and swings the 28" drop 12. He still has great timing with this bat even though it's heavier than the 27" drop 13 he was swinging. He loves it. only two at bats with hit so far, but there is a noticable difference.
Cons: On his first at bat, he hit a line drive stragiht into the opposing pitchers nose! the kid was OK, but did not return to the game. Like I said, the bat has GREAT pop so tell your kids to keep their eyes open.
Cyrus
Pros: Over all he has hit the ball pretty good . many people say it needs broke in , But the ball usually travels farther than when he hits with his $60.00 bat .
Cons: it seems like every so often while hitting there is an odd sound and the ball does not go far , We describe it as a flat spot in the bat . But I am not sure what it is , Could be he is just not connecting just right .
bomderking
Pros: this bat is the best. super light and giant sweet spot. great because one of the only composite bats for youth play.
Cons: takes time to break in
Legend525
Pros: Purchased this bat for my son in the Spring looking for those ground balls to turn into line drives... Worked to PERFECTION..He has turned into a extremely good hitter mainly because of this bat..The pop is UNREAL in this bat and has really helped his confidence as a hitter..
Cons: The only CON for this bat is that every kid on the team is using it, because of the change in my son's hitting
Anonymous
Pros: My son is about 4'-2" & 62lbs. He loves this bat! Has good pop out of the box, it's light and easy to swing. The balls are traveling considerably farther over his aluminum bat. So far the bat seems durable enough to last at least 2 seasons (All-Stars included.) The handle fits great for youth players, grips well & the bat swings fast. Will make a good hitter better but won't overcome bad mechanics
Cons: The only 2 cons with the Omen: Despite the 2 piece design, you still get some sting from vibration...more than I would have expected...when you get to the outer edges of the sweet spot (another pro is the large sweet spot!) The other con is the price, the bat is worth $150, but $200 plus shipping is a little high. We will most likely by another Omen when we need to step up in size again.
bpr17
Pros: great bat, no sting, giant sweetspot, if you square the ball up it will go a long way.Greatest bat i've ever had if it cracks easton will send you a new one if they have one. If not they will give you a credit for equipment on they'r website.
Cons: It cracked after a month and a half. I let he rest of the team use it and i hit a ball opposite feild and it cracked.
d.c
Pros: great sweet spot, very balanced, awesome grip, gives you better hits on off center hits
Cons: everyone wants to use it
combat
Pros: Nice balance, tons of pop, and a very large sweetspot.I will buy the big barrel next year after LL.

Hangtown Baseball
Pros: Great bat...lots of pop,my 10 year old prefers it to his Stealth IMX. One stinger in the last 5 months including Travel Ball.

Murph, Wilton CT
Pros: I ordered the Omen for my 8 year old last January, because it was LL approved and well reviewed. We ordered a 30/18. My son had a break-out year. Previously he had been a contact hitter, but this year he really drove the ball, hitting 5 triples, 2 HRs and driving in 48 runs in 33 games. The bat has great pop, good balance, a nice sound and is very durable. He'll use it again next year.
Cons: None.
kdfitz
Pros: Absolutely best bat we've ever bought. Great pop; just so solid. First four home runs ever! Kids with big barrels made fun of its look; now EVERYONE of those kids is using this bat instead. And six of those have hit home runs. Amazing product. Let's just home Little League continues to keep it on approval list.
Cons: None whatsoever!!!
putmeincoach
Pros: Purchased for 10yr old needing larger bat got the 30". Good pop (no dropoff as compared to previous bat, Combat), not much sting unless hit of very end. Highly recommend.
Cons: graphics/paint quickly scarred and faded after a couple of games.
Anonymous
Pros: Great pop and balance. If you make solid contact on the sweet spot it cranks it. Also, I've found out the perfect sweet spot with the most pop is between the "N" and the "O" in the Easton logo on the side. It looks amazing and has never failed me. It is by far my best bat yet, better then the Surge and H2!
Cons: Rarely, there is a vibration that will hurt you hands, but don't let this be the reason you don't get the bat, its amazing!
Maxdog85
Pros: I have been hitting the ball noticeably further since I got my 28/16 Omen. I am in 10u and like light bats that have good pop and the Easton Omen definitely fits that description.
Cons:
giant203
Pros: big barrel, no sting. i used my teamates bat and i made solid contact. this bat is cheaper than other composites.
Cons: none
yank 101
Pros: cheap composite, great pop, huge sweet spot, no sting, and nice weight composite.
Cons: the other team will get mad at you for using it.
baseballboy
Pros: great pop, not too top heavy, if you hit it on its massive sweet spot it goes 20 feet farther than you think it would. WAY BETTER THAN MY REFLEX WAY TO GO EASTON!
Cons: if hit on the handle it usually a weak grounder but if you swing hard you can get pretty good pop
J-Man
Pros: Got this bat as soon as it came out but just started using. Played in a 11u tournament yesterday and hit my first homerun. awesome pop and awesome grip. Great for a small kid. Even hit it on the grip.( Indoor arena)
Cons: none
Fl Katman
Pros: My 9 year old son just got it, and so far he loves it. The bat has some great pop in it. In the 1st week, he has probably had about 700-1000 swings, and the ball just flies off the bat. It's worth the price.
Cons: None so far
Nick
Pros: Great bat. grip is great. Love it.
Cons:
HULKHOGAn
Pros: Normal bat, nothing special, good pop once an a while,I recommend this bat to certain kids with great contact. If your kid is a bad hitter than NOOOOOOOOOOO Omen for you.
Cons: You feel like you rip it to the fence and its a normal easy fly ball or its a hot chopper to the left side.
j-mac
Pros: large sweet spot great grip the composite makes the ball shoot of the bat

Head Bat Buyer
Pros: Larger sweet spot than most bat aimed at youth players. The two piece construction is a plus as it helps reduce hand sting. Well balanced to help younger players get around quickly with it, maintaining bat speed. The bat seems to instill confidence in younger players, which is necessary for them to win the battle at the plate. My son typically uses two bats, a lighter bat for faster pitchers and a heavier bat for slower pitchers. With this bat he is fine with just one bat, no matter what they throw at him.
Cons:
zacktylermiller
Pros: great when ever i use it i always hit the ball over

Pros: Amazing Bat! I bought this bat not knowing what it felt like but as soon as i got it and to my first batting practice i could tell the difference the ball hops of the bat i have already hit 4 homeruns, I love this bat the graphics are sick and it is as good as it looks, worth the $200!!!!!!!!
Cons: Nothing
AAA Grit
Pros: Great bat, solid feel - my son is an 8 yr old playing up in a 9-10 year olds league - he went 2 for 3 in his first outing. Both hits were sharply hit to the outfield. This is a big improvement over the vibration he would feel from his other bat that is 100 percent composite, so the two part design is superior.
Cons: None
baeball
Pros: great balance great pop. hit a homerun last night with this bat
Cons: none
ed
Pros: great pop. no sting. awesome bat. before i thought the bat does not matter, its the player. not anymore
