Description

Introducing the new Easton Stealth IMX Plus Slow Pitch Softball bat. Beginning with superior performing composites, the Easton Stealth Comp CNT bats provide the utmost in performance and durability. Unlike alloy that has the same strength and stiffness in all directions, composite fibers have very high strength and stiffness in the direction of the fibers but much lower strength and stiffness across the fibers. This allows Easton`s R&D team to customize the bat barrel flex using exclusive patented design technologies. The addition of CNT, made possible by Zyvex NanoSolve materials, strengthens composite structures to allow for bigger sweet spots and maximum performance along the entire length of the barrel. The Easton Stealth IMX bat also offer maximum bat head speed with the patented 2-piece ConneXion. Acting like a hinge, the ConneXion provides the most efficient energy transfer from handle to barrel, resulting in maximum bat head whip for a quicker bat and more power through the hitting zone. Easton`s patented Opti-Flex CNT composite handle technology provides maximum, yet distinctive handle flex for each Comp CNT model. Pros: This bat hits extremely well. I have the 28oz version of this bat. I use the bat daily and have about 30,000 hits on it. At about 15k hits the hinge started to feel looser but the rest of the bat has held up very well. I probably won't need to replace this bat until the 50,000 hit mark. I can't

Cons: The hinge does a very good job of taking the brunt of the impact of a bad hit which is great if you hit as many balls in the cages as I do. Pros: the bat hits very well. impressed being a demarini fan, i think im starting to like the eastons stealth and stealth plus more and more. comfortable to swing and the ball speed off the bat is impressive. if you need a double, triple or a homerun pick this bat and swing away.

Cons: the only cons i have found with any easton too many hits to break in.

Pros: Great bat love it! It has great balance through the zone and has a wide sweet spot that let's your hitting zone gets a little more extended.

Cons: Only one that it takes a lot of hits to break this bat in but once its there it is reall awesome

Pros: Good pop. Great price on this site. Swings through the zone very well. Great feeling off the sweetspot.

Cons: If you tape your bat handles, tape over the original grip. Otherwise, it's will sting with every mishit.

Pros: Played ball for more than 20 years now and have always used TPS or a Dimarini. Just played in a tournament (16 games in a weekend) and was 'forced' to use this bat after my bat bag was stolen from the practice field. I am now purchasing this bat! I batted .906 (58/64). I have never felt a better or more consistant bat.

Cons: If I hadn't gone out of my way to look for this bat on the internet I would have thought it would cost $300.00. You don't see it in many sporting goods stores.
