Lets take a closer look at the technology featured in the 2014 Rawlings Mach that resulted from countless hours of research and development.

Max CFD Technology

The new Max CFD Technology maximizes the carbon fiber density of the bat. Simply put, Rawlings has added more carbon fiber to the Mach and minimized the amount of resin. This creates a bat that will perform better, last longer and retain its pop better over time.

Barrel Flex Technology

Barrel Flex is another term for, “trampoline effect.” This describes the amount the barrel flexes when contact is made with the ball. The more barrel flex, the greater the bat will perform. Rawlings’ new Barrel Flex Technology gives the 2014 Mach 55% more barrel flex than the next closest competitor!

Flex Tuned Handle

The handle of the Mach is Flex Tuned, giving it increased flex from previous models. The Flex Tuned Handle creates a whip action once you start your swing. The whip action results in an increase of bat speed and bat control allowing you to generate more power at the plate.

Legit Power Core Molding Process

HMF TECH (High Modulus Fiber Technology)

2014 DeMarini CF6 Fastpitch Bats

After much anticipation, the successor to the popular DeMarini CF5 is finally available at JustBats.com: the 2014 DeMarini CF6 and the 2014 DeMarini CF6 Insane.

The CF6 sticks with its familiar two-piece composite design. However, DeMarini uses their new Paradox Composite to create a lightweight barrel with an incredibly large sweet spot. The Stacked Double Wall barrel design creates a trampoline effect across the entire barrel so balls launch off the barrel with incredible power. Another bonus of the new Paradox material is that it doesn’t require a break-in period, so the CF6 is game ready the day you get it.

DeMarini put as much design and engineering into the handle of the CF6 as they did the barrel. The handle is also constructed out of the Paradox Composite. This creates a stiffer handle that is stronger than ever before, allowing the CF6 to be more responsive for both power and contact hitters. A new Clutch End Cap also helps to dampen vibration and focus your swing energy back into the barrel.

The CF6 is available in three models: -8, -9 and -10.

The 2014 DeMarini CF6 Insane shares all of the same specs as the CF6: two-piece Paradox Composite design with extended sweet spot, Stacked Double Wall construction and Clutch End Cap. The difference is that the Insane features a slight end load to give power hitters an extra boost of power and bat speed.

The CF6 Insane is available in two models: -8 and -9.

2014 DeMarini Vexxum And DeMarini Vexxum NVS BBCOR

DeMarini comes out of the box strong this season with the new 2014 Vexxum and 2014 Vexxum NVS BBCOR baseball bats.

The Vexxum is no longer the little brother to the Voodoo; it’s all grown up and ready to mash! It features an X10 Alloy barrel construction that has been fine-tuned and shaped to have the thinnest barrel wall possible. A thinner barrel keeps the weight down and allows DeMarini to expand the Vexxum’s sweet spot for increased performance. The handle is made of C6 composite which uses a wide-weave pattern to create an incredible trampoline effect and absorbs vibration. The Vexxum is available in a -12 Youth model and -5 and -10 Senior League models.

Hitters looking for a BBCOR option are in for a real treat with the all new Vexxum NVS. By employing a New Velocity System (NVS) barrel design, the NVS is now the lightest swinging alloy-barreled bat in the DeMarini lineup.The NVS has all the design features of the regular Vexxum with the addition of the new NVS barrel technology. The NVS design combines power and speed together by letting geometry do the work. The incredibly lightweight barrel has an explosive sweet spot that runs the length of the barrel. 2014 DeMarini Voodoo Paradox Baseball Bat

The Voodoo has always been one of the hottest bats in DeMarini’s lineup. But this year, DeMarini kicks the power up a notch with the updated 2014 Voodoo Paradox.

The Voodoo Paradox has the familiar two-piece hybrid design, but DeMarini fine-tuned the barrel walls to be the thinnest and lightest on the market. This tweak allowed the designers to create a sweet spot bigger than anything seen on previous Voodoo models. DeMarini also uses their new Paradox composite material to design a stiffer handle than in year’s past, helping to increase the Voodoo Paradox’s response. The newly designed RCK knob rests comfortably at the base of your hand, and the new Ion V end cap is designed to eliminate barrel vibration and transfer energy back into the sweet spot.

For high school and collegiate ballplayers, DeMarini has altered the placement of their Taper Ring Technology. By placing the ring deeper in the taper, the designers were able to stay within BBCOR standards and still keep the barrel walls thin and the swing-weight low. The Voodoo Paradox is available in BBCOR, Senior League -9 and -5 and a -13 Youth.

Easton S Series:

The Easton S Series is a great bat for contact hitters. It has a balanced swing weight, so it’ll help hitters who have trouble generating their own power to increase their bat speed. There are four designs in the S Series: The S1, S2, S3 and S4.

The S1 is a two-piece bat with a composite handle and barrel and available in BBCOR, Senior League, Youth and Jr. Big Barrel designs. The S2 is a two-piece hybrid with a composite handle and alloy barrel and available in BBCOR, Senior League and Youth designs. The S3 is a one-piece alloy and available in BBCOR, Senior League and Youth designs. The S4 is a one-piece alloy with a 2 ½” barrel diameter and available in BBCOR.

Easton XL Series:

The Easton XL Series is an ideal bat for a power hitter who can generate their own bat speed. It has a slight end load and an extended barrel which creates an incredibly large sweet spot. There are three designs in the XL Series: XL1, XL2 and XL3.

The XL1 is a two-piece bat with a composite barrel and handle and available in BBCOR, Senior League and Youth designs. The XL2 is a two-piece hybrid bat with a composite handle and alloy barrel and available in BBCOR, Senior League and Youth designs. Easton Slow Pitch Softball… Raw Power!

Easton has a revamped slow pitch lineup for the upcoming season. The new technology and materials make them the hottest Easton slow pitch bats to date. Easton had one thing in mind when creating their 2014 slow pitch bats, RAW POWER! Easton is rolling out new 2014 models for USSSA, ASA and a few models approved for both USSSA and ASA.

The 2014 Easton slow pitch lineup features two main categories: the L-Series and B-Series.

The L-Series features a 12” barrel and an end-loaded swing weight designed for maximum power. Here are the specific end loads for each size in the L-Series: 26oz.= 1 oz. load, 27 oz. = 2 oz. load, 28 oz. = 3 oz. load, and 30 oz. = 4 oz. load.

Performance That Will Have You Flipping Out!

The 2013 Flipper is DeMarini’s bold answer to the new ASA soft compression balls. It is a true game changer that is getting rave reviews from every Weekend Warrior that has gotten their hands on it. The Flipper’s new technology combined with the new ASA standards result in one of the hottest slow pitch bats on the market, and one of the most forgiving.

With the release of the 2013 Flipper, DeMarini introduced it’s Divergence Technology which is designed to extend the sweet spot horizontally around the barrel. The Divergence Barrel features two layers of composite fiber to create the “air gap” that is responsible for making the bat more forgiving and hotter with the new 52 Core 300 Compression balls.

The technology isn’t limited to the barrel of the bat. The Flipper has an SC4 alloy handle which is the stiffest alloy DeMarini has to offer as well as the Dish End Cap.
