Rules and Regulations regarding Wood baseball bats

The rules for wood baseball bats will vary from league to league if you are participating in an Amateur Baseball Association. Please refer to your local league’s rules for any specific limitations or restrictions. In general, no part of your bat may be comprised of anything other than wood or wood composite materials. Other than that, wood bat rules are pretty straight forward.

But, if you are considering using a wood bat at the high school or collegiate level then you must abide by the BBCOR certification. Not all wood bats feature this certification so keep an eye out for it in the features section.
